and said that the government was and said that the government was non-compliant with our our Municipal non-compliant with our our Municipal laws now in June we or July we've come laws now in June we specifically the proposed Sixth specifically the proposed Sixth Amendment to the cpb for norx River Amendment to the cpb for norx River Public Access and Redevelopment plan to Public Access and Redevelopment plan to be clear on the concerns here I'm be clear on the concerns here I'm worried that this amendment is developer worried that this amendment is developer worried that this amendment is developer specific and I feel like it's intended specific and I feel like it's intended for the developer to get whatever they for the developer to get whatever they want from this um which appears to be want from this um which appears to be trying to get permission to build trying to get permission to build highrises along the paic river community highrises along the paic river community highrises along the paic river community members were involved in the organ and members were involved in the organ and organized residence as well um we're organized residence as well um we're deeply involved in the details of making deeply involved in the details of making deeply involved in the details of making this re Riverfront development plan in this re Riverfront development plan in 2013
